Monday and I started cleaning my sheds, this is what I brushed off the warp in the process, Linnen surely doesn't enjoy this style of weaving. I am now working on all branches of The right side of the tree, remember all the orange is on the back of the fabric. Don't know how the originals were done in bad candlelight, craftsmen today are truly spoiled with good lighting and it is so good. I also started with the stem of the tree, it goes from one side to the other and hopefully works as a stabiliser for the base weft.

The tree is done and Oden hangs.

Now then Oden is dead after he hanged in Yggdrasil
impaled by his own spear for eight days and night, he can start on
his final journey through Hel, which is the Norse underworld. Ther he
will learn everything about the magic of runs and writing.
