One of the fears I hade with the 16 shaft loom is that the treadles are so thin, but the way Oxabäck have the anchor point for their treadles makes it possible to move them side to side easily without them being flimsy.
Here come some pictures of how I move my foot to treadle and how I easily find the next one.
I also, have one of this shuttles for rag rugs next to me it helps to get threads in the shed so I don't have to pluck so much. Finally, I want to show a mistake I have made, Haven't hade to many miss haps yet. But this one I have no idea how I did. If you don't see it look at the medallions just above the tensioner.

Not much happened today in weaving terms except something quite embarrassing, I hade a small shed all day but not too much of a problem. Then my teacher walked by moved my shed sticks and said ''that might help'', and I realised that I hade moved them closer to the heddle instead of the opposite all day such a brain fart. Lastly, I leave you with all the samples from last weeks dyeing. The materials from the top-down cotton, linen and white and grey wool.

The rest was like most of these weeks. With the exception that the

The big thing today was a guided tour of the Holma Hälsinglands factory that dos Bockens yarns. It's located in my home village so its only natural to go and see it, and this evening we will visit the local weaving circle that have their space in the old factory, as its mostly empty these days. At its pike in the 50tes, 650 people were working here, now they are 11.
This is one threaded Möbel 8 that I got at the outlet store of the factory, possibly as its unevenly dyed it ended up here.
But I don't care as that just makes the weave interesting. Hoping I can do one of the Birka fabrics with ridiculous thread counts in the 20+ threads per centimetre with it. Then we got back to school and had our lunch we did some more presenting and I talked about my 16 shaft, my experience and thought. I also showed my scarf and we put it next to my classmate that wove hers after mine so you can see how different two things in the same warp can be.

One of the last things we do at the textile courses here is an exhibit. To that, we have a brochure with presentations and to get some help to get started with the writing we hade a writing class, I was a tad disappointed with it as I was hoping that we got time on the class to wright but we did writing exercises the whole time. Today was also the day I was presented into the wonderful world of Kuvikas. I was a bit mind-boggling class but as I have weave point know I have so many ideas I want to do with this Technik.
